“Nothing is going the way I planned; what’s the point in living!” This is a fatal blow to one’s self-confidence and self-image. It is almost like turning your face away from life. No, what you think is not true. The point in living is living itself without any adjectives to it. But your state of mind now may not let you accept this as a fact. It will be easier for your mind to stay in a state of dejection than shift it even though you are suffering from within.

Saying that aloud, you are sending out a signal to the universe for help. Universe definitely hear your cry and send help. But it may not be the help you were expecting. You want your suffering to go away, but universe wants you to come out of it. You want to celebrate your victory, but universe wants you to identity your shortcomings. You want your plans to be foolproof, but universe wants you to see the changing rhythm of nature.

Ants work very hard to build and maintain their colonies. It appears that they work harder than the human beings in building sophisticated colonies. But all their hard labour can go to waste in an instant when a flood comes. But they do not stop. They know they are where they are meant to be. Their dedication and hard work brings the colony alive in no time.

Do not let anyone make you believe that you are good for nothing. Take care that you do not believe that you are better than everyone too.

Help is never away. Do not be content with distress signals sent out on social media. Take a major effort. You did not say what you said for sympathy, did you? Go out to places where people who know what you are going through live. Listen to their suggestions. Live with them for a time if need be.

Wait for the flood in your life to recede and go back with the new understanding and vigour in building your life.
