Itoozhi Vaidyar Dr. I. Bhavadasan Namboothiri has dedicated over 60 years to the selfless practice of Ayurveda, transforming countless lives through his healing wisdom and compassion. This year, as he celebrates his 84th birthday and the sacred milestone of Śatābhiṣekam, the community of Mayyil and the Itoozhi Illam Ayurveda Foundation come together to honour his remarkable journey.

The week-long series of events culminates in Vaidya Poornima, a grand civic felicitation on Sunday at 9:00 AM at SATCOS Auditorium, Mayyil. This celebration recognizes his invaluable contributions to Ayurveda and health, while inspiring awareness of holistic wellness rooted in our ancient tradition.
